AC motor for Boyd Podiatry Dentistry chair circa 1996

Description

Working motor cannot be purchased from manufacturer - discontinued.  This one was designed for moving the foot rest.  I have a second motor available with different gearing/linkage for tilting the back.  Either one can be modified for your needs if you are really handy.  No other choices besides dumping the chair! (which I did).
